Orco Property Group Receives Award
Orco Property Group, received the Innovative Investor of the Year 2007 Award, by the Warsaw Business Journal weekly magazine, published in region Poland .
The Orco Property Group was recognized for its "continued dedication to energy efficiency and sustainable solutions" and proudly, is one of the first developers in Poland to implement energy efficient construction technologies across the board.
Studio Daniel Libeskind is working with Orco on Zlota 44, the luxury residential tower in Warsaw ,Poland. Zlota 44 is a new direction for high-rise living, shaped and inspired by Warsaws history, this soaring 251 unit building is scheduled to be completed in 2010.
The advanced solutions implemented in the building include a heat recovery system, airside economizers, enhanced, thicker façade, which reduces heat loss, and energy efficient lightening fixtures.
