THE ASCENT CREATES NEW ICON FOR THE MIDWEST

Extraordinary Design, Luxurious Living:
A Sophisticated, Cosmopolitan Experience

Covington, KY, Mar. 26, 2008 –

Daniel Libeskind, architect of The Ascent at Roebling Bridge, joined developer William P. Butler and Governor of Kentucky Steve Bashear at today’s Grand Opening Ceremony at the base of The Ascent at Roebling’s Bridge. Guests of honor also included Ascent home buyers who embraced Daniel Libeskind’s vision of adding a masterpiece of residential architecture to the skyline of Greater Cincinnati. The event featured the creation of a time capsule that included contributions made by Greater Cincinnatians, as well as Daniel Libeskind. The time capsule, to be opened 100 years from today, includes letters and memorabilia that will help future generations understand the intent and direction of those that directly changed the region’s skyline.

Just as Covington, KY’s Roebling Bridge was the prototype for New York’s Brooklyn Bridge, The Ascent at Roebling’s Bridge will be the new benchmark for residential architecture in the United States. “The Ascent is no longer an artist dream or a sophisticated buyer’s unmet need,” said Tom Banta, President of Corporex, the developer of The Ascent at Roebling’s Bridge. “The Ascent is proof that residential architecture can be art on a grand scale.  Success required teaming an architect of vision such as Mr. Libeskind and a Developer with a strong sense of community and a commitment to innovative construction, like Corporex.   We are honored that so many Cincinnatians have expressed such great appreciation for the extraordinary effort that has gone into building The Ascent. It truly is a new jewel in our skyline.”

The Ascent at Roebling’s Bridge, which includes 70 homes and penthouses, is 75% sold. Prices of the remaining homes range from more than $820,000 to $5.5 million.  Living at The Ascent includes access to an unparalleled level of amenities, including:
